LA 74: Iberville P/L-US 61

Construction for State Project H.012713 LA 74: Iberville P/L-US 61 is anticipated to begin March 7, 2022. This project is 7.022 miles in Ascension Parish. The type of work includes grading, drainage structures, milling asphalt concrete, pavement patching, in-place cement stabilized base course, asphalt surface treatment, asphalt concrete overlay and related work at cost of $8,865,228.28.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists of the active construction zone on LA 74 between the Iberville Parish line and US 61 (Airline Highway). Motorists will have access to travel the roadway, but should anticipate delays due to work zone conditions. Specific roadway closures will be announced as needed.
No permit or oversize loads greater than 10’ feet wide will be able to pass.
