***UPDATED***Nightttime Lane Closure on I-210 EB - Calcasieu Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the inside lane closure from Ernest Street overpass to 5th Avenue overpass scheduled for Tuesday, March 8 from 7pm to Wednesday, March 9 at 6am is cancelled.

The inside lane closure from Texas Street overpass to Legion Street overpass remains scheduled for Wednesday, March 9 from 7pm to Thursday, March 10, 6am.

Previous Notice:
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that I-210 eastbound will have a nighttime lane closure beginning on Monday, March 7, 2022 and lasting through Thursday, March 10, 2022.

An inside lane closure from the Texas Street overpass to the Legion Street overpass is scheduled as followed:

  • Monday, March 7 from 7pm to Tuesday, March 8 at 6am
  • Wednesday, March 9 from 7pm to Thursday, March 10, 6am
An inside lane closure from the Ernest Street overpass to the 5th Avenue overpass is scheduled as followed:

  • Tuesday, March 8 from 7pm to Wednesday, March 9 at 6am

The closure is necessary for the implementation of new guard rail. All work is weather permitting.
