The Flournoy Lucas Road section of this project is completely open to drivers. The Ellerbe Road section is about 70% complete and is still in a two-lane configuration. The estimated completion date of the work on Ellerbe Road is late August/ early September 2011.

Once all five lanes are open along the entire project, the contractors will spend several weeks finishing up minor work such as seeding, stripping, clean-up and other final tasks.
