**UPDATE – Military Highway (US 165-X) Reopening **

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, (DOTD), advises the public that Military Highway (US 165-X) and Jefferson Highway in Pineville, Rapides Parish will be open to the traveling public beginning Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 4:00 PM. The public should be advised that there will be intermittent lane closures in the near future to facilitate completion of remaining items of work.

Permit/Detour section
There are no detours at this time associated with these lane closures.

Safety Reminder
All construction activity is weather dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. DOTD appreciates the motoring public’s patience and reminds drivers to please exercise caution when traveling through work zone areas and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
