UPDATE: COMPLETED!!

The inside travel lane and center turn lane of LA 3073 (Ambassador Caffery Parkway), northbound, from Old Camp Road to the Vermilion River Bridge will have nightly lane closures beginning Friday, February 18 until Sunday, March 20, 2022, weather permitting.

The only exception to this closure period is for the Mardi Gras Holiday period from Friday, February 25 through Tuesday, March 1 in which no lane closures are allowed to help facilitate holiday traffic.

Weeknight lane closures (Monday through Thursday) will begin at 8:00 p.m. and continue until 6:00 a.m. the following morning. Weekend lane closures will begin on Fridays at 8:00 p.m. and extend continuously (daytime and nighttime) until the following Monday at 6:00 a.m.

These closures are necessary to allow crews to perform concrete pavement patching.

The road will be open to regular traffic with a 12-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.

Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but may encounter delays.

No detour is necessary.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
