UPDATE: Due to a delay in material deliveries, this closure has been extended until Tuesday, April 19. Thank you for your patience.
LA 3147 at Humble Canal Bridge will close to all vehicular traffic beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 23, and is expected to remain closed for approximately 3 weeks, weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to do mechanical repairs on the Humble Canal Bridge.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area. There will be no detour.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
