HWY 44 (ASCENSION PARISH) - The Louisiana Department of Transportation advises motorist that there will be a northbound lane closure on LA 44 near Hwy 30, beginning Tuesday, February 1, 2022 until Monday, March 14, 2022 from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM daily.

The lane closure is necessary for the widening of LA 44 to incorporate a center turn lane extension.

No detour routes or width restrictions are necessary for this closure.
