I-12, Livingston Parish, Eastbound and Westbound - Lane Closures, S.P. H.003425

There will be road work along I-12 between Satsuma Exit and LA 1249 at the following locations.

Mainline I-12:

1) I-12, Westbound and Eastbound Inside Lanes, from .5 miles West of LA 441 (Exit #29 - Holden) to Approx. 1.25 miles East of LA 43 (Exit #32 - Albany), will have alternating lane closures from Sunday, December 12, 2021 through Wednesday, December 15, 2021, from 9:00 pm - 5:00 am, nightly, (weather permitting). One lane will remain open at all times. These lane closures are to allow crews to lay asphalt on the inside shoulder.

Detour: Motorists wanting to avoid this construction zone can use the following detour.
  • Westbound I-12 motorists may take I-55 North to US 190 West to LA 447 South back to I-12 West.
  • Eastbound I-12 motorists may take LA 447 North to US 190 East to I-55 South back to I-12 East.

2) I-12, Eastbound and Westbound Inside and Outside Shoulders, from Approx. 1.25 miles East of LA 43 (Exit #32 - Albany) to .5 miles West of LA 63 (Exit #22 - Livingston), will have alternating lane closures from Monday, December 13, 2021 through Sunday, December 19, 2021, from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, daily (weather permitting). These closures are to allow crews to install precast curbs on the outside should, center median catch basins and center median guardrail pads.

Detour: Motorists wanting to avoid this construction zone can use the following detour.
  • Westbound motorists I-12 motorists may take I-55 North to US 190 West to LA 447 South back to I-12 West.
  • Eastbound motorists I-12 motorists may take LA 447 North to US 190 East to I-55 South back to I-12 East.
