NOW OPEN: LA 545 north of LA 146, Lincoln Parish

*****UPDATE: LA 545, NORTH OF LA 146, HAS BEEN REOPENED TO TRAFFIC.*****
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the LA 545 bridge over Sugar Creek in Lincoln Parish is closed.
This closure is scheduled to last approximately three (3) weeks, is necessary to allow for DOTD bridge maintenance crews to make repairs to the structure.
This bridge is located approximately 2.3 miles north of LA 146.
Alternate Route: Detour signage will be in place.
Permits/Restrictions: Total bridge closure. All vehicles will need to detour.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
