UPDATE: Work will finish today, Tuesday October 5, 2021. Wednesday closure is canceled.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that US 190 Huey P. Long Bridge (Old Bridge)
will have daily outside eastbound lane closures Monday, October 4, 2021 through Wednesday, October 6, 2021.
The closures will be from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
All closures are weather permitting.
The lane closures are necessary to reshape ditches.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the closure and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
