LA 31, approximately 2.8 miles east of its intersection with LA 741, will be closed to through traffic on Tuesday, September 28, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to facilitate the replacement of a cross drain.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
The detour will include LA 31 and LA 347.
