*UPDATE* US 61 (Airline Hwy) North Bound Lane closure –East Baton Rouge Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that US 61 Northbound will have the right lane closed between Goodwood Blvd and Florida Blvd. The lane will be closed Thursday ,8/12/2021, and Friday ,8/13/2021, from 8:00pm to 5:00am nightly. During this closure there will also be a total closure of US 61 Northbound between 12:00am and 2:00am.
This closure is needed in order to remove and replace a sign truss.
Permit load restrictions will be up to 12 feet wide; anything over, please contact the permit office.
