The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that Bridge Number 361-03-0142-1, LA 34 over Creek, is now OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that Bridge Number 361-03-0142-1 will be closed to all traffic for repairs beginning at 9:00 AM Tuesday, August 3, 2021, weather permitting. This structure is on LA 34 over Creek and is located 1.4 miles east of US 71/ LA 34 intersection near Montgomery.

The bridge shall remain closed until repairs are complete. This work is estimated to take 4 days.

Permit/Detour section
Eastbound traffic shall detour in Montgomery, south on US 71 to LA 122, east to/thru Verda to LA 471, north to LA 34 west of Atlanta

Westbound traffic shall detour west of Atlanta, south on LA 471 to LA 122, west to/thru Verda to US 71, north to LA 34 in Montgomery
