UPDATE: Lane closure on LA 384 (University Drive) at Contour Dr.– Calcasieu Parish

UPDATE: The left lane has reopened to traffic.

Previous update:

UPDATE: The repairs are complete for the right lane on LA 384, and it has reopened to traffic.

The left lane on LA 384 at approximately Contour Drive is now closed for roadway repairs.

Previous notification:

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that, effective immediately, the right lane on LA 384 (University Drive) at approximately Contour Drive in Calcasieu Parish is closed for roadway repairs.

This closure will remain in place until repairs are complete. DOTD will issue notification when the lane has been reopened.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
