The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, (DOTD), advises the public that beginning Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 7:00 a.m., weather permitting, there will be alternating lane closures on LA 3128 from LA 107 to its junction with JA Whelan Rd. The work will consist of milling asphalt pavement, laying asphalt pavement, and related work. The work is expected to be completed by the end of August 2021.

Permit/Detour Section
There are no detours at this time associated with these lane closures.
No wide loads will be allowed during construction

All construction activity is weather dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. DOTD appreciates the motoring public’s patience and reminds drivers to please exercise caution when traveling through work zone areas and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
