UPDATE - REOPENED: LA 792 bridge over waterway, near Jamestown, Bienville Parish
(UPDATE 7/12/2021): DOTD advises motorists that repairs to the LA 792 bridge near Jamestown in Bienville Parish are complete and the bridge as been REOPENED. We appreciate your patience.

Original notification:
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that, effective immediately, the LA 792 bridge over an unnamed waterway near the village of Jamestown in Bienville Parish is closed.
This closure is scheduled to last three (3) days, and is necessary to allow for bridge repair.
This bridge is located approximately 1.80 miles north of LA 154.
Alternate route: Total bridge closure. ALL vehicles must detour using LA 516, US 371, LA 154, and LA 792.
Restrictions/Permits: All vehicles must detour.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
