Road closure at the railroad crossing on LA 109 between Big Woods Rd. and Jim Drake Rd. - Calcasieu Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 109 at the railroad crossing between Big Woods Road and Jim Drake Road will be closed on Thursday, July 15, 2021, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The closure will allow the railroad company to make repairs to the crossing. Detour route is US 90, LA 27 and LA 12. All work is weather permitting.
