LA 16, Temporary Road Closures between Duncan Ave. and LA 1054, TANGIPAHOA PARISH

LA 16 will have intermittent road closures with 3 to 5 minute durations between Duncan Ave. and LA 1054 beginning Thursday, July 15, 2021 through Friday, July 16, 2021, between the hours of 9AM to 9PM for movie production. Amite City Police will be on site to monitor and release traffic ques, if or when necessary.
Permit/Detour Section:
LA 16 Eastbound motorists can avoid the temporary road closure by taking US 51 north to LA 10, then east to LA 1054, then south to re-intersect LA 16.
LA 16 Westbound motorists can avoid the temporary road closure by taking LA 1054 north to LA 10, then west to US 51, then south to re-intersect LA 16.
