Bridge reopens on Little Chenier Road in Creole – Cameron Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the replacement of the bridge on Little Chenier Road between LA 27 and Muria Road is now complete and the bridges is open to traffic.
The project began in February 2021, and replaced the entire bridge structure as well as installed new guardrail, concrete barrier, and permanent pavement markings. Although the bridge is now open to traffic, there are still punch list left to complete. This work is expected to be complete by August 2021.
