LANE CLOSURE: LA 538 bridge over Twelve Mile Bayou, Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Friday, July 2, 2021, one lane of the LA 538 (Old Mooringsport Road) bridge over Twelve Mile Bayou in Shreveport, Caddo Parish will be closed.
This lane closure is scheduled to take place from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and is necessary for routine bridge inspection.
This bridge is located approximately 0.75 miles north of LA 3049.
Alternate route: This lane closure will allow vehicles 16 feet wide or smaller to pass through the bridge inspection zone. Larger vehicles must detour using LA 3049 to US 71 north to LA 538.
Restrictions/Permits: N/A
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
