There will be daily intermittent lane closures of the northbound or southbound lane on LA 450 between LA 440 and LA 1056, June 28, 2021 through July 12, 2021. The contractor plans to complete placing asphalt on the driveways, continue shaping up the shoulders, start installing the rumble strips, install mailboxes, place seeds, and permanent striping, weather permitting. One lane will be open at all times.
Permit/Detour Section
Oversize loads over 10 feet wide are not allowed. Emergency vehicles will have access.
Motorists traveling northbound may use alternate routes such as LA 440 east to LA 1056 west.
Motorists traveling southbound may use alternate routes such as LA 1056 west to LA 440 east.
