UPDATE: Road closure at the railroad crossing on LA 27 (Beglis Parkway) between Keith Street and US 90 – Calcasieu Parish

UDPATE: This closure has been rescheduled for Thursday, June 17 from 6 p.m. to Friday, June 18 at 6 p.m.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 27 (Beglis Parkway) at the railroad crossing between Keith Street and US 90 will be closed on Wednesday, June 16 from 6 p.m. to Thursday, June 17 at 6 p.m.

The closure will allow the railroad company to make repairs to the crossing. Detour route will be US 90, LA 379, and LA 378. All work is weather permitting.
