RESCHEDULED!! I-10 EB & WB from MM 97 to MM 103, Lafayette Parish, Lane Closures

UPDATE: This closure has been rescheduled to begin Sunday, June 20 until Saturday, August 28, weather permitting.
The inside lane of I-10, both eastbound and westbound, between mile marker 97 (LA 93, Scott/Cankton) and mile marker 103 (I-49 Interchange) will have intermittent nightly closures from Sunday, June 13 until Saturday, August 21, weather permitting.
These lane closures will occur during the following times:
• Sunday – Thursday: 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• Friday: 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
These closures are necessary to allow crews to install new traffic cables barriers in the median.
There will be no vehicle width restrictions associated with these closures.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area, but may encounter delays. No detour route is necessary.
