- Include the start date, end date, parish, highway.
- Always state the reason for the closure
- Always include the DOTD safety reminder
- Add a point of contact.
- Always choose "Road or Lane Status" for closures
- You do not have to select a My DOTD Project page.
Whenever someone emails you a road closure notice, do not copy and paste. It will not work. Highlight the closure notice and drag it and drop it into this space.
