US 190 at I-12 Overpass – Project #: H.011152 – St. Tammany
On Tuesday, June 1, 2021 and Wednesday, June 2, 2021 there will be a FULL RAMP CLOSURE of the I-12 Westbound off-ramp to US 190 East (Exit 63A). This closure will be from the hours of 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, weather permitting. This is for crews to install girders on the I-12 Overpass bridge.
On Tuesday, June 1, 2021 and Wednesday, June 2, 2021 there will also be left lane closures on BOTH directions of US 190 at the I-12 Overpass. These closures will be from the hours of 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, weather permitting. This is for crews to install girders on the I-12 Overpass bridge. Additionally, there will be intermittent rolling roadblock closures, less than 15 minutes in duration, in order to safely set girders into place.
There will be no vehicle restrictions and emergency vehicles will have access on US 190. Motorists may encounter a delay during this time.
Detour Section
Motorists traveling on I-12 WB wishing to exit US 190 East (Exit 63A) may take Exit 63B towards US 190 West and make a legal U-turn to get on US 190 East.
