NIGHTTIME ROAD CLOSURE: LA 526 (W. Bert Kouns Industrial Loop), Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Saturday, June 5, 2021, LA 526 (W. Bert Kouns Industrial Loop) at the Union Pacific Railroad crossing in Shreveport, Caddo Parish will be closed.
This closure is located between US 171 (Mansfield Rd) and Baird Road, and is necessary to allow UP crews to perform repairs to the railroad tracks at this location.
This work is scheduled to take place from 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 5th to 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 6th.
Alternate route: LA 3132. Detour signage will be in place.
Restrictions/Permits: Total road closure at the railroad crossing. All vehicles must use an alternate route.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
