UPDATE: This closure is NOW OPEN. High water signs are installed due to water on the roadway. Crews are still monitoring this area and will update as the water recedes. Thank you for your patience.
Effective immediately, LA 353 from LA 94 to Cypress Island Highway, in St. Martin Parish is closed due to high water. Local Traffic Only.
The detour is LA 31 and LA 94.
