I-10 EB & WB from Exit 109 (LA 328) to Exit 103 (I-49), Lafayette Parish, Lane Closures

There will be nightly lane closures between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on both I-10 eastbound & westbound from Exit 103 (I-49) to Exit 109 (LA 328) beginning Sunday, April 25 until Wednesday, May 5, weather permitting.
These closures are necessary to allow crews to perform asphalt operations on the roadway.
There will be no vehicle width restrictions associated with this lane closure.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but may encounter delays. No detour route is necessary.
The $124.7 million I-10 widening project will involve widening a 7.11-mile section from I-49 to Breaux Bridge (State Project Number H.003003). The project will include pavement replacement within the existing lanes and the construction of one additional lane in each direction along I-10 from I-49 to LA 328 (Breaux Bridge).
The project began in May 2017 and is estimated for completion in summer 2021.
