Attention Consultant Community:
The 24-102 DOTD Form dated January 7 2021 (See yellow highlights for revisions) Word document found under the Forms section of 'Manuals, Forms & Agreements' shows a modified date of 4/20/2021 2:46 pm. However, the only modification that was made to the form was to take it out of "mark-up" mode, which shows some formatting changes in addition to the yellow highlighted changes that were highlighted for convenience.
