The LA DOTD announces upcoming lane closures on I-10 Westbound from the Essen Ln. on-ramp to the I10/12 Merge in East Baton Rouge Parish.
The right lane of I-10 westbound from the Essen Ln. on-ramp to the I-10/12 merge will be closed nightly on the following dates and times:
- Monday April 19,2021 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- Tuesday April 20, 2021 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Wednesday April 21, 2021 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- Thursday April 22, 2021 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Friday April 23, 2021 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
These lane closures are necessary for survey and construction layout for the I-10/ I-12 College Flyover Project.
Motorists may encounter delays during peak times of this closure.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds motorists to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
