Southbound LA 23 (Belle Chasse Hwy.) between Barriere Road and Russell Drive in Belle Chasse, there will be right lane closures starting Monday, April 5, 2021, until Thursday, April 9, 2021, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM daily; for work related to handicapped ramp installation.
