LANE CLOSURES: LA 146 near Homer, Claiborne Parish


The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Monday, March 22, 2021, there will be intermittent lane closures on LA 146 near the Town of Homer in Claiborne Parish.

These intermittent lane closures will take place in both directions, though not at the same time, over the next thirty (30) days.

This is to allow soil borings to be taken related to a planned bridge replacement project on LA 146.

The intermittent lane closures will be located between Kings Point Road and LA 518 near Lake Claiborne. Flagging operations will be in place to direct traffic.

Restrictions/Permits: N/A

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
