Westbound LA 39 (Claiborne Avenue), between Poland Avenue and Franklin Avenue - reduced to one lane Friday, March 12, 2021 through Monday, April 12, 2021, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM each day; while installing handicap ramps, patching, Adjust Manhole, Clean and Seal Joints, Cold Planning, and Asphalt Wearing.
• Crews will be alternating between Eastbound and Westbound throughout the day
