Southbound and northbound LA 23, near the bridge to South Plaquemines High School, in Empire - there will be alternating lane closures starting Wednesday, March 10, 2021 until Friday, April 30, 2021, closed 24-hours a day; for work related to cross drain replacement on LA 23.
