DOTD announces upcoming I-110, Capitol Access and North Hwy lane closure in East Baton Rouge Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces upcoming lane closures on I-110 North and South exit ramps, Capitol Access Rd and North Hwy.
The following closures will take place from 7AM to 5 PM Saturday, February 27.
I-110 NB exit ramps to Capital Access
Exit ramps to North Capital Access will be closed. Detour will be to exit 1F Fuqua St. Turn left onto 19 St. Exit to right back on I 110 SB and then exit Capital Access Rd. Use E Hwy Dr. to S Hwy Dr. to W Hwy Dr. back to Capital Access.
I 110 SB exit ramps to Capital Access
AccessThe exit to Capital Access Rd will be open but the entrance ramp to Capital Access Rd will be closed. Detour using E Hwy Dr. to S Hwy Dr. to W Hwy Dr. back to Capital Access.
E Hwy Dr.
E Hwy Dr. SB will be closed at South Hwy. Use South Hwy to W Hwy back to Capital Access.
Capital Access Rd
Capital Access Rd EB will be closed at W Hwy Dr. Detour I 110 SB Capital Access Ramp to 9th St. to Spanish Town Rd to 10th St ramp to I 110 NB.
All work is weather permitting.
The lane closures are necessary for crews to perform maintenance operations.
Motorists may encounter excessive delays during the peak times of this closure.
