UPDATE: Bridge Opening: Quebec Rd (Tensas Refuge) Overpass over I-20 in Madison Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the Quebec Rd (Tensas Refuge) Overpass over I-20 (near milepost 165.0) in Madison Parish has been REOPENED effective immediately.
