DOTD announces upcomming alternating lane closure of I-110 southbound Sunday 2/7/2021

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces upcoming, alternating lane closures in both the right and left lanes on I-110 southbound.
The alternating lane closures will take place from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Sunday 2/7/2021 be as follows:
Left lane from MM 0.9 to MM 0.3 along with Government Street access ramp.
Right lane from MM 0.9 to MM 0.3 along with the entrance ramps of Main Street and North Blvd.
Please use Capitol acess or Florida access ramps during this closure.
The lane closures are necessary for crews to perform overhead sign operations.
Two lanes of traffic will remain open at all times.
Motorists may encounter excessive delays during the peak times of this closure.
