UPDATE:US 80 @ LA 145 Change to ALL-WAY STOP control -Lincoln Parish

Due to inclement weather, the conversion of the intersection of US 80 and LA 145 to an ALL-WAY STOP is being postponed to the week of February 22, 2021.
DOTD will be converting the intersection of LA 145 and US 80 in Choudrant, Louisiana to an ALL-WAY STOP controlled intersection. This traffic control modification is expected to occur on Thursday, February 11, 2021 (weather permitting). DOTD will be modifying the striping, signage and flashing beacon in conjunction with the modification. Studies have shown that converting a two-way stop controlled intersection to an all-way stop controlled intersection has the potential to reduce crashes at certain locations.
