UPDATE: Lane closures on I-10 from the Texas state line to weigh station – Calcasieu Parish
Update: The remaining closures scheduled for today, Thursday, January 28 through Saturday, January 30 have been cancelled.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that there will be lane closures on I-10 from the Texas state line to the weigh station as follows:
- Monday, January 25, 2021, to Thursday, January 28, 2021, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night – I-10 eastbound
- Monday, January 25, 2021, at 7 p.m. to Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at 6 a.m. – I-10 westbound
- Friday, January 29, 2021, from 8 p.m. to Saturday, January 30, 2021, at 9 a.m. – I-10 eastbound
The lane closures are part of the ongoing I-10 widening project, and are necessary for saw cutting and sheet pile installation.
