UPDATE: Emergency Lane Closure on I-10 EB between the weigh station and the Sabine Bridge – Calcasieu Parish

UPDATE: The repair is finished, and this closure is complete. The previously scheduled nighttime lane closure for I-10 westbound from the Texas state line to east of LA 109 will still occur.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that, effective immediately, there is an emergency left lane closure in place for I-10 eastbound between the weigh station and the Sabine Bridge in Calcasieu Parish.

The closure is necessary for crews to repair several potholes.

DOTD will advise when the repairs are complete and the lane has been reopened.
