The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces upcoming lane closures on the US 190 Mississippi River Bridge.
One lane will be closed in each direction of the US 190 Mississippi River Bridge from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily from Tuesday December 1, 2020 to Saturday December 21, 2020. All work is weather permitting.
This lane closure is necessary to facilitate railroad maintenance.
Motorists may encounter excessive delays during the peak times of this closure.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
