LA 16: TANGIPAHOA RIVER BR REPLACEMENT – TANGIPAHOA - STATE PROJECT H.013183
The LA 16 Tangipahoa River bridge, located 1.5 miles east of US 51 (NW Central Ave.) and 0.5 west of LA 1054, is now open in both directions.
DETOUR INFORMATION:
The following are alternate routes to avoid the construction zone:
Motorists traveling LA 16 westbound may take LA 1054 west to LA 10, then west to US 51, then south to re-intersect LA 16.
Motorists traveling LA 16 eastbound may take US 51 north to LA 10, then east to LA 1054, then east to re-intersect LA 16.
