I-10 Both Directions - Partial Road Closure - Project #: H.011024 - St. Tammany Parish

Closure Details:
I-10 Both Directions will have a partial road closure affecting the with a scheduled start of November 08, 2020 at 7:00 PM and a scheduled end of November 25, 2020 at 5:00 AM (weather permitting). The closure will have alternating travel through the area. This closure will occur 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM, nightly . The location starts at Twin Span (East End) Mile Post - 260.5 and ends at I-10/I-12/I-59 Mile Post - 267.4.

Comments:
These closures are for crews to finish asphalt paving operations on I-10 in Slidell. Closure Details for Alternating Full Ramp Closures: I-10 will have alternating full ramp closures on Eastbound off-ramp at Fremaux Blvd. and Westbound off-ramp at Gause Blvd. with a scheduled start of November 8, 2020 at 10:00 PM and a scheduled end of November 25, 2020 at 5:00 AM (weather permitting). These closures will occur nightly between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM. Only one interchange will be closed at a time.

Beginning on November 15, 2020 and ending on November 25, 2020, there will be alternating lane closures affecting both Eastbound and Westbound of I-10 between 7:00 PM and 5:00 AM, nightly (weather permitting). The location on I-10 starts at Twin Span Mile Post - 260.05 and ends at I-10/I-12/I-59 interchange Mile Post - 267.4. These closures are for crews to finish striping operations on I-10 in Slidell.

Detour:
Motorist are advised to utilize the ramps and Service Roads of the nearest available interchange to get to your destination. Please direct attention to the message boards on the project for nightly ramp closures.

Restrictions:
There will be no vehicle restrictions, and emergency vehicles will have access on I-10. Motorists may encounter a slight delay during this time.
