Attention Consultant Community,
The definiton of Transportation-Related Personnel in Section 14 of the DOTD Form 24-102 has been revised to read as follows:
*Transportation-Related Personnel is defined as all full-time, contract, and/or part-time personnel (e.g., engineers, planners, technicians, environmentalists, surveyors, inspectors, real estate professionals, etc.), employed by the firm within the continental United States. Once established, this number should remain static for all proposals submitted in response to DOTD advertisements unless the firm’s composition has changed due to merger, acquisition, divestment or restructure.
This change is reflected in the November 17, 2020 version of the DOTD Form 24-102 which can be found at the CCS Website link below: http://wwwsp.dotd.la.gov/Inside_LaDOTD/Divisions/Engineering/CCS/Pages/Manuals_Forms_Agreements.aspx
The November 17, 2020 version of the DOTD Form 24-102 should be used for the advertisement identified below which closes on November 25, 2020 and all future advertisements:
