DOTD announces upcoming LA 73 (Jefferson Hwy) lane closures in East Baton Rouge Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces upcoming,alternating lane closures on LA 73 (Jefferson Hwy)
from McCarrol Blvd to Lobdell Blvd.
There will be alternating lane closures 8:00PM to 12:00 AM, Tuesday, October 6th, 2020. All work is weather permitting.
The lane closures are necessary for crews to prepare for the turn lane expansion project.
Motorists may encounter excessive delays during the peak times of this closure.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
