LA 671 (Canal Street) will be closed at the railroad crossing, approximately 0.16 miles southwest of LA 182, on Friday, August 28 from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. , weather permitting.

This closure is necessary to allow crews to replace the existing railroad crossing.

Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area and a detour route will be posted.

The detour will consist of LA 182 (Main Street), LA 85 (Hubertville Road) and US 90.
