LA-427 (S. Acadian Thruway): I-10 - LA-73 (Government St.), East Baton Rouge Parish

• LA-427 (S. Acadian Thruway) Northbound and Southbound between I-10 and LA-73 (Government St.) may have long-term lane closures from Monday, August 10th at 12:00 AM through Sunday, August 16th at 11:59 PM (Weather Permitting). Construction work will only be permitted daily between the hours of 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
At least one lane in either direction shall remain open at all times. This closure is necessary for milling asphalt pavement, pavement patching and related work.
There are no vehicle restrictions.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
