I-49 northbound from I-10 to the St. Landry Parish line will have alternating lane closures on Monday, August 10 and Tuesday, August 11, daily, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.

Additionally, I-49 southbound from the St. Landry Parish line to I-10 will have alternating lane closures on Wednesday, August 12 and Thursday, August 13, daily, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.

These closures are necessary to allow for bump grinding.

The road will be open to regular traffic with a 16-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
