LA 27 (South Pine Street) Southbound lane will be closed between West 3rd Street and West 4th Street on Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 7:00am to 1:00pm (weather permitting).
The lane closure is necessary for permitted utility work.
Traffic will be maintained by flagmen.
