There will be inside lane closures on Government St between the intersections of S. Acadian Thwy and St. Rose St. This closure will continue from Friday, July 24th, through Friday, August, 14th, 2020. One lane of travel will be maintained in all directions at all times.

This closure is necessary for constructing median islands and left turn lanes.

There will also be alternating lane closures on Government St between the intersections of Jefferson Hwy and Lobdell Ave. These closures will continue from Friday, July 24th, through Friday, August 14th, 2020. One lane of travel will be maintained in all directions at all times.

This closure is necessary for sawcutting asphalt joints.

ATTENTION: Government St will also have alternating lane closures between the intersections of Jefferson Hwy and N. Foster Dr beginning Friday, July 31st, and continue through Friday, August 14th, 2020. Closures will take place nightly from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. One lane of travel will be maintained in all directions at all times.

This closure is necessary for asphalt paving.

These closures are subject to change due to adverse weather conditions.
